Regarding Project Cycle Management Trainings

Project Cycle Management trainings are organized with the objective of illustrating how and under which conditions the idea of change should be analyzed beginning from the moment of its occurrence, how the transition from analysis results to project should be, how the project should be planned, and how such planning may be transformed into a feasible project.

Other two topics of critical importance in project cycle outside of idea design and implementation processes are monitoring and evaluation. Failing to include these two into project management would adversely impact the effectiveness and sustainability. Therefore, we include also the titles of monitoring and evaluation into the scope of project management trainings as two major components of project development processes.
