Bilgi University Project Cycle Management I

In the first part of the book, which consists of five parts, the concepts of project and project cycle are explained. In the second part, titled situation analysis, there are topics such as problem, goal, strategy, stakeholder analysis, general goal, and project purpose, while the third section titled planning includes topics such as activity and time planning, logical framework matrix, risk analysis. While the fourth section describes monitoring and evaluation, the last section, titled "Instead of the exam," includes finding fault in the logical framework, the logical framework checklist, and the European Union project application form.
