The study begins by looking at the difficulties faced by everyone in the organisation in different dimensions of the organisation. Organisations are strengthened through policy-making processes to identify and develop resources that support well-being in the face of these difficulties. Therefore, part of the study includes the identification of difficulties and part includes good examples and suggestions.
