About the Program
The Civil Society Dialogue Program has been developed as a platform that enables civil society organizations from Turkey and the European Union member countries to come together around a common issue, and to enable societies to get to know each other, to exchange information, and to establish a permanent dialogue.
Under the European Union's Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA), the European Union Presidency is responsible for the technical implementation of the Program, which is co-financed by Turkey and the European Union, and the Central Finance and Contracts Unit is the contracting authority of the Program.
In the sections of the Civil Society Dialogue Program developed since 2008, hundreds of joint studies and activities have been carried out in wide geography in Turkey and EU member countries.
