STGM Institutional Development Model and Self-Assessment

Developed by the Civil Society Development Centre to enhance the institutional capacity of local CSOs and supported by the European Union, TOGETHER: The Institutional Support Program for Local CSOs has designed a model that will provide a framework for the institutional capacity building of civil society organizations.

Based on the principles of participation, benefit creation, transparency, accountability and sustainability, STGM CSO Institutional Development Model consists of 10 main topics and 45 items. 

While the model's design will refer to both STGM's past experiences and different management models and systems in the world, this model will also guide the capacity building process of 42 beneficiary organizations.
