Against Investmentalization of Water Platform (STHP) announced that they are against “draft bill of protection of nature and biological multiplies” which will cause selling of watercourses, forests, air and all part of nature.
The slogans of “Water is life, cannot be sold”, “Watercourses are free, will flow freely”, “Nature minister against nature”, and “No possibility for the law that causes natural harm” were the most remarkable ones. Beyza Üstün, lecturer in Yıldız Technical University mentioned: “We are not only in the boundaries on legal frame; rather there are also professionals, lawyers. However, the most important point is the support of public.” and added “Labor and environmental struggle is overlapping and they will gradually empower.
