With the effect of “Draft bill of protection of nature and biological multiplies”, a number of environmentalists who opposed increasing hydroelectric power stations planned to protest the situation in Ankara. It is claimed that the draft bill will commoditized the nature because of the fact that nature will be seen as an investment tool, rather a natural heritage.
Hasan Şen (Munzur Platform), Hanefi Aksu (Aksu Platform), Metin İlgenci (Tarım Orkam-Sen Antalya Office President), and Erdinç Ay (Loç Valley) accepted that government is not sensitive in the highly important subject, rather it is encouraged. It is added by environmentalists that the protest is only a warning, in the condition of actualization of draft bill a wider range of them will unite.
