Negative consequences:
- New usage of land mines by Turkish Army
- Lack of help to victims and parents
- Precaution to protect civil individuals.
Positive consequences:
- Destruction of land mines stocks
- Destruction of upholstered land mines
- Attempt for a Land mines Center
With the wishes for increased positive consequences.
