The Open Technology Foundation is a foundation that runs various grant programs to support civil and private institutions and researchers working in the field of internet freedom.

About Application
The foundation has 3 different grant programs:
The Core Infrastructure Fund supports "block technology" and infrastructure projects that strengthen digital security and internet freedom. It provides support for projects of 6-18 months between 5,000-300,000 USD. Applications are evaluated every 2 months.
The Rapid Response Fund is used against urgent digital threats that require an immediate response for organizations, communities, or individuals whose freedom of expression is suppressed. Technical or financial support between 5,000-50,000 USD, on average 25,000 USD, is provided to solve the digital problem.
The Internet Freedom Fund provides support to individuals and organizations for open and accessible technology projects that strengthen human rights, internet freedom, and secure communication for at-risk users. For projects of 6-18 months, a maximum of 300,000 USD and an average of 50,000-200,000 USD is provided.
