Established with the signing of the Rome Statute on July 18, 1998, the ICC published the Rome Statute Enforcement Report (Part 1). The Enforcement Report analyzes the laws of more than 50 states and highlights several common mistakes that threaten governments' full compliance with their obligations.
In the publication, it is stated that the states that signed the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court or all the states that accepted it must ensure full cooperation on the Rome Statute, otherwise, it will negatively affect the vision of the Rome Statute. It is stated that states should review their national laws and enact new laws to fully fulfill their obligations under the Rome Statute.
