Child Safety Implementation Guide

The Child Safety Implementation Guide, prepared for CSOs, public institutions and individuals who work in direct or indirect contact with children in Turkey and who want to increase their capacity on child safety, aims to help institutions become safer for children and support employees in implementing child safety practices.

The guide includes an 'Understanding Child Safety' section that explains concepts such as child participation, child protection and child safety, as well as standards that organizations should follow to implement child safety and facilitative roadmaps for effective use of the standards. The guide also includes two good practice examples from Turkey on child safety.
