According to the report, during the period in question,
- At least one person died in custody as a result of torture and other ill-treatment.
- As a result of law enforcement intervention in detention, 3 detainees died.
- 17 persons were tortured and ill-treated in 9 separate incidents, and 1 person died.
- The identities of 82 of the 1902 unaccompanied children could not be determined.
- Law enforcement or civilians intervened with 22 journalists reporting from the earthquake zone. 1 journalist was injured, and 4 journalists were arrested. 2 journalists were arrested for their posts on social media.
- Actions were taken against 575 people for their posts on social media. 141 people were detained, 27 people were arrested.
- Halk TV, Tele 1 and FOX TV channels were fined by RTÜK for their broadcasts about the earthquake and search and rescue efforts.
- After the earthquake, 246 people who protested the decision to continue education at universities from a distance were detained under torture and other ill-treatment.
- Citizens, civil society organizations, political parties, and communities collecting relief supplies for earthquake victims were blocked in at least 20 incidents. 16 people were arrested and 6 people were arbitrarily detained. One person was subjected to physical violence, while another was fined.
- One person was injured during the armed attack on a fundraising event.
- In at least 7 incidents, relief goods were confiscated by AFAD, the district governor's office and the police.
- 100 trucks of the Gelecek Partisi, 1500 tents, 8 trucks and 2 trucks with relief goods collected by HDP, 30 containers and 120 generators were confiscated.
