The "Gender and Food Safety" report was prepared by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and translated into Turkish by STGM.
In the report, it is stated that men and women should be sensitive to these threats to food security from environmental degradation, and women, in particular, should be informed about alternative methods of work such as cooking, tillage, heating, and waste disposal.
