The factsheet takes organizational democracy as one of the tools for organizational empowerment. In addition to the frequently mentioned principles and mechanisms such as participation and transparency, it also includes mechanisms that promote a balance between the needs of the members and the organization, realize the creative potential of the members and the organization, and adopt an equal and fair division of labor, labor and wage policy.
