The Association of Lawyers for Universal Rights Translated the April Judgments of the ECtHR into Turkish

In April, the European Court of Human Rights delivered 25 judgments on the merits in the Chamber and Grand Chamber format. The Court classified 19 of these judgments as judgments of high and medium importance. The Association of Lawyers for Universal Rights has prepared information notes on these 19 judgments in Turkish. 

Why is Turkish translation important?

Not all ECtHR judgments are translated into Turkish and only those concerning Turkey are reported in the press, The Association of Lawyers for Universal Rights also prepares information notes on judgments for all countries. In this way, it is possible to keep track of which problems are being experienced in other countries and the current judicial decisions on these issues.
