The travel and accommodation expenses of 7 CSO representatives who will attend the World Forum for Democracy to be held in Strasbourg, France on 7-9 November 2022 will be covered by us.
Civil society organisations to participate in the Forum will be determined through an open call procedure. As translation support will not be provided during the event, CSO representatives applying to follow the Forum are expected to have communication competence in the official languages of the Council of Europe (English and/or French). However, it would be preferable for participants to have a valid passport and visa to enter France on the dates in question.
During the visit to the World Forum for Democracy, daily expenses will be reimbursed to the bank accounts of the participants after the visit, not exceeding the specified upper limit, upon documentation of the expenses incurred by the participants.
If your application is accepted, you will be asked for a "letter of assignment" from the management structure of the organisation you represent, stating that participation in the entire programme on behalf of your organisation has been approved.
Those wishing to participate in the World Forum for Democracy should fill in the registration form at the address before submitting an application.
