The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is to strengthen the level of awareness and to build skills for democratic citizenship among those groups who are stakeholders in the education of children. Such skills and awareness among key stakeholders would be essential for multiplying the effects of the efforts in the school environment and for sustaining the impact of the proposed intervention.
Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between the following minimum and maximum amounts:
• minimum amount: EUR 40.000
• maximum amount: EUR 100.000
(1) In order to be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
be legal persons and,
be non-profit making and,
be non-governmental organisations (NGO)[1] or,
be education and training institutions/schools (universities, their vocational undergraduate schools (meslek yüksek okulu, MYO)) and public education/training centers, basic and secondary education schools, vocational and technical schools etc. or,
All applicants must
be nationals[2] of a Member State of the European Union or Turkey and,
be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
The planned duration of an action may neither be lower than 10 months nor exceed 18 months.
