Training Coordinator

Job Description

• Developing educational activities and content for the development of 21st-century skills of children and young people,
• Ensuring the continuous development of the team for which it is responsible within the framework of current needs and strategies,
• Transforming the content of related trainings into digital/printed teaching materials, presentations, and activities,
• In the writing phase of the projects, in the planning of the training activities, in the preparation of the content, and the preparation of the estimated budgets,
• Managing the entire training implementation process, including the planning and organization of the field applications of the trainings, the contents of which are prepared,
• Creating educational publications based on current issues, apart from planned projects,
• Planning and conducting capacity strengthening trainings of foundation personnel,
• Coordinated work and planning with other units within the foundation.

Attributes

• Graduated from the relevant departments of universities (having a bachelor's/master's degree from the Faculty of Education, Science and Letters, Economics and Administrative Sciences or Communication),
• Knowledge of 21st-century competencies
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• Volunteering and/or working experience in the civil field
• Fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills,
• residing in Istanbul
• Able to adapt to intense work and travel tempo,
• Preferably able to drive actively (Class B)
• Not related to military service for male candidates.

Education Officer

Within the scope of the job description; The Training Officer takes an active role in this process together with the Training Coordinator.

Job Description

• Planning of all processes, including field applications and organization of the trainings whose contents are prepared
• Detailed reporting of all training activities,
• Creating educational publications based on current issues, apart from planned projects,
• Development and implementation of digital content (educational material)
• Coordinated work and planning with other units within the foundation.

Attributes

• Graduated from the relevant departments of universities (having a bachelor's/master's degree from the Faculty of Education, Science and Letters, Economics and Administrative Sciences or Communication),
• Knowledge of 21st-century competencies,
• Having volunteering and/or working experience in the civil field,
