In the webinar "Mandatory DKAB Courses in the Light of Human Rights," together with Dr. Mine Yıldırım, Assoc. Dr. Berke Özenç and lawyer Özge Demir, the contents of DKAB courses (Mandatory Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge), the exemption mechanism from these courses, and the approach of the instance courts in the decision of the Constitutional Court based on human rights will be evaluated. It will also discuss the necessary steps to ensure that DKAB courses are compatible with human rights standards, objective and pluralistic.
