Doç. Dr. Dilşad Çiğdem Sever
She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2002. She worked as a research assistant at Ankara College, Faculty of Political Sciences during his master's degree, which he started in 2004. In 2007, she started working as a lecturer at Atılım University Faculty of Law and completed his doctoral studies in 2013. From 2014 to 2020 she was Vice Dean and since 2018 he has been the coordinator of the Legal Clinics established at the Faculty.
Sever, who received the title of Associate Professor after writing his dissertation entitled The Principle of Legal Certainty in Administrative Law in the Light of the Constitutional Court Decisions in 2021, has many topics such as the financial responsibility of the administration, law enforcement powers, health law, women, child and disability rights, discrimination, academic freedom, national human rights institutions. She has authored articles, book chapters and treatises on the subject. She is also one of the two translators of Martin Loughlin's book entitled Foundations of Public Law.
