We Need to Talk Association has begun accepting applications for the Local Menstrual Justice Ambassadors Program. The program is designed to be a community that brings together young people who want to get involved in the field of menstrual justice.
"Local Menstrual Justice Ambassadors" who are accepted into the program will participate in the We Need to Talk Association's Youth Advisory Board for one year to organize the research, advocacy and field studies they want to conduct on menstrual justice in their own regions and cities, and to implement their ideas. They will benefit from the Association's training, social networks and mentoring support in this area.
Who can apply and how?
What are the selection criteria for applications?
Anyone who is between 18 and 30 years old and living in Turkey can apply.
Criteria for the selection of local ambassadors for menstrual justice;
- You are between 18 and 30 years old;
- Residing in Turkey;
- Interested in the issues of poverty and taboo around menstruation and menstrual equity;
- You are highly motivated and have actionable, creative ideas to advocate for menstrual equity and bring about change in your city or region.
