STOK 500 - Policy Prone Organizations, a long-term program, is aimed at civil society organizations that want to integrate different fields of rights into their rights-based work and organizational structure with an intersectional approach.
Under the title Policy Prone Organizations, we will talk about sustainable development and global goals, gender equality and mainstreaming, children's rights and mainstreaming, refugee rights and mainstreaming.

The STOK 500 - Policy Prone Organizations face-to-face program is open to CSO representatives only.
There is a single application form for this program, which spans a 4-month period between November 2023 and February 2024. With this single application you can register for all 4 courses. All you need to do is allow 3 days per month for each course. If your application is accepted, you will be required to attend all courses.

27-28-29 November 2023 502 - Gender Equality and Mainstreaming
27-28-29 December 2023 503 - Child Rights and Mainstreaming
31 January, 1-2 February 2024 504 - Refugee Rights and Mainstreaming

Before applying to the Policy Prone Organizations Face-to-Face program, we encourage you to complete the online content of 500 - Policy Prone Organizations on the STOK Digital Learning Platform. When you apply, you will be given priority if you have completed the online content on the STOK Digital Learning Platform.
We remind you that you must complete the application form fully and carefully in order for your application to be evaluated.
Within the STOK 500 - Policy Prone Organizations;
- We will see the connections between sustainable development and the global goals and our work in the civic space, and together we will discuss and explore how the sustainable development framework provides opportunities for our advocacy fields.
- We will strengthen our capacity to take steps to implement and sustain gender equality in the internal workings of our organizations, in the projects and programs we implement.
- We will learn how to address the 4 fundamental principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child to embed the child rights approach in our work, and the tools and mechanisms necessary to monitor rights violations from an intersectional perspective.
- We will strengthen our organization's capacity in refugee rights mainstreaming processes to integrate refugees into the civil society agenda in the context of migration and development, and ensure refugee representation in rights-based work.
How can you apply?
If you would like to participate in 500 - Policy Prone Organizations' Face-to-Face program, simply fill out the application form. To apply, you must first register with the STOK Digital Learning Platform. You can register for the system here and then follow the steps to access the application form.
When you apply, you will be given priority if you have completed the online content on the STOK Digital Learning Platform.
The entire program will take place in Ankara. Accommodation and travel costs for participants coming from outside Ankara will be covered by STGM.
The application process will be completed within 10 days after the application deadline and you will receive a response to your application. We would like to remind you that if your application is accepted, a "letter of support" will be requested from the management structure of the organization you represent, stating that they support your participation in the entire program on behalf of your organization.
