Keşif Atölyeleri Association is looking for volunteer team members for the new term of their online language workshops with high school students, which will start in November.
Volunteer Role: Language Workshop Facilitator (English, French, or German)
Purpose of the Volunteer Role: Organizing online language workshops with 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students (ages 14-17)
Duration of the Volunteer Role: November 1, 2024 – April 30, 2024
Skills Required for Workshop Facilitators:
- Proficiency in English, French, or German
- Communication skills with children and youth
- Ability to use online platforms
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork compatibility
- Experience in creative teaching methods (preferred)
Workshop Application: Workshops will last 1.5 hours per day on weekdays, and the number of weekly sessions will be planned according to the facilitator’s availability. Language practice will be conducted on pre-determined topics suitable for the age group, encouraging students to actively use English, German, or French without fear of making mistakes. Learning will be enhanced through conversation.
