Turkish Informatics Foundation Seeks for Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Participate in the project department in the implementation of the project activities according to the schedule/activity plan,
• Following the budget and business plan of the project, preparing revisions if necessary and submitting to the Head of Unit,
• Actively communicate with all stakeholders of the project, actively participate in the implementation and development of processes,
• Ensure the organization of all activities, such as meetings, events, trainings, seminars, etc., held within the scope of the project, participate in these studies, perform supporting logistic activities,ensure the organization of events according to theprocedures within the project,
• Preparation of project reports (technical and financial) to be submitted to the Contracting Authority in Turkish/English in two languages,
• Preparation of corporate documents and correspondence in Turkish/English in two languages.

Required qualifications

• Degree in engineering or CEIT departments of universities,
• Experience in the field of information technology,
• At least 3 years knowledge and experience in EU funded project management,
• Good Turkish and English language skills, both written and spoken,
• Experience in preparing technical/financial reports,
• Be able to effectively use Microsoft Office programs and live in Istanbul,
• Inclination to teamwork,
• Have no travel obstacle.
