Qualifications

• Psychologist or special educator with a good command of English.
• Ability to use office programs
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel

Responsibilities

• Participate as a business coach in the recruitment processes of individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Conduct interviews with individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families for the recruitment process
• Ensure the organization and delivery of required trainings for the recruitment process Conduct interviews with supported employment companies Participate in in-person and online training programs
• Conduct reporting processes of training participants Participate in newly developed training programs
• Conduct seminars/workshops with external institutions
• Participate in training meetings and exercises at home and abroad
• Participate in other areas of work of the Education Department and the Association as needed.
