Zeynep Başer

Zeynep holds an MA degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution Program from Sabancı University, an MA degree in International Relations from Middle East Technical University, and a BA degree in Business Administration from Marmara University.

Since 2013, she has worked as an independent expert in the fields of program evaluation and applied research, mostly in the issue areas of democratization, human rights and civil society. She is a member of the Turkish Monitoring and Evaluation Association, the European American Evaluation Society and the American Evaluation Society.

Since June 2022, she has been working part-time as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist in the Birlikte II Program.
