After graduating from Koç University Faculty of Law in 2012, Pınar obtained her lawyer's license in 2013. She worked as a lawyer and legal consultant in various law firms in Istanbul.
Pınar holds two separate master's degrees: one from Viadrina European University in Germany, where she completed the "International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law" program in 2016 through the Jean Monnet Scholarship Program, and the other from Berlin University of the Arts, where she completed the "Artistic Expression - Storytelling in Education and Art" program from 2016 to 2018 through the DAAD Scholarship Program.
Her work focuses on the protection of human rights in the international arena under the umbrellas of United Nations Law, human rights protection, and European Council Law. She engages in research on the legal implementation of human rights, particularly within the framework of regional agreements, contributing to the contemporary human rights system. Her areas of interest include access to justice, law, and civil society organizations.
Since December 2022, Pınar has been working as a legal expert in the Civil Society Capacity Strengthening Center Project. In the same project, she coordinates the 'Empowerment Stories' program, providing consultancy through storytelling to narrators in civil society organizations to share their experiences.
