Ceyda Başak Sayılgan

She completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Hacettepe University. In 2011, she became acquainted with the civil society sector by volunteering at the Agenda Children's Association.

Since 2012, she has been actively involved in various organizations in the civil society sector, both as a volunteer and a professional. During this period, she took on professional responsibilities in project and field coordination, particularly in civil society organizations working in the fields of women's rights, youth rights, and children's rights.
