Akça Şaylan

She graduated from Hacettepe University Department of Sociology. In 2000, she started her career as a project assistant in the Good Governance project carried out in partnership with TODAİE and United Nations Development Fund. As of 2006, she took part in various projects of a civil society organization that works in the field of youth  and children's rights.

Between 2009 and 2017 she worked as the Finance Officer in the TACSO-Technical Assistance for Non-Governmental Organizations Project financed by the European Union. As of January 2018 she’s been working with the STGM as the Finance Coordinator of BİRLİKTE Program.
