SUYADER offers trainings that provide a range of knowledge and skills on sustainable environment during the volunteer service. Many supporting activities such as participation in artistic events, mentoring by SUYADER members, mostly academics, and active involvement in projects and organizations are part of the volunteer program.

How are volunteers selected?
SUYADER declares that there is no positive discrimination of religion, race or gender in the selection of volunteers. Since SUYADER's activities are generally carried out in Ankara and Istanbul provinces, volunteers applying from Ankara and Istanbul are preferred. However, this does not mean that the elections will only take place in Ankara and Istanbul.
The application process takes place in 2 stages.
First, the application forms are reviewed by the relevant team and then the people who can be of mutual benefit in working with SUYADER are identified. Finally, short interviews will held with these people. During these interviews, a process is planned in which the person can use their knowledge and experience for the team in which they would like to work. For example, a candidate who wants to join the training team and has carefully completed the application form listens to a 10-minute presentation on a specific topic. Finally, if both parties feel that they can benefit from each other and the ecosystem, the volunteering process begins.
