Within the scope of strategic mentoring; titles such as strategy formulation, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising and financing strategies, communication strategies and digital literacy, rights-based approach and gender mainstreaming, research, advocacy and decision making, information activism and data visualization, organizational development, election structure and activism will take place.
The program will only cover the fees of experts / mentors and their costs related to the activity (eg meetings, workshops, training). Operational costs, ordinary working costs of the CSO and salary costs will not be supported.
Several types of support will be available under the program. Up to 4 thousand Euros for online mentor support, 15 thousand Euros for regional CSOs / networks and activities, and 4 thousand Euros for national CSOs and activities will be provided for the mentor program to be carried out in physical space.
