STOK 400 - Scale-up Organizations, a long-term program, is designed for organizations that aim to strengthen the capacity of organizations and build institutional and sustainable systems within the organization. The Growing Organizations training program will cover economic business management, relations with volunteers, research methods for evidence-based advocacy, and effective communication and mechanisms within the organization.

STOK 400 - Scale-up Organizations face-to-face training program will only be open to CSO representatives.
The training program, which covers a 4-month period between April - September 2024, has a single application form. With this single application, you will apply for all 4 courses. It is enough to allocate 3 days a month for each course. Please note that if your application is accepted, you must attend all classes.
The dates of the planned meetings are as follows;
- May 15-16-17, 2024 401 – Social Benefit and Economic Management
- June 11-12-13, 2024 402 - Volunteer Relations
- 10-11-12 July 2024 403 - Effective Organizational Communication and Mechanisms
- 11-12-13 September 2024 404 - Research Methods for Evidence-Based Advocacy
Before applying for the Scale-up Organizations face-to-face program, our recommendation is to complete the 400 - Scale-up Organizations online content on the STOK Learning Platform. Completion of the online content on the STOK Learning Platform at the time of your application will give you priority.
We remind you that you must fill out the application form completely and carefully in order for your application to be evaluated.
In STOK 400- Scale- up Organizations;
- You will deepen your knowledge on topics such as conflict management, nonviolent communication, teamwork and feedback mechanisms that you may need to build a peaceful working life within your organization;
- You will learn about existing volunteering practices in Turkey and around the world and the steps to design volunteer programs to meet the needs of your organization;
- You will learn how to develop the business plan and revenue models that your organization needs in order to make the most efficient contribution to the social benefit you want to achieve through an economic enterprise, which is a fundraising method for your organization;
- You will learn how to create the research design, data collection and analysis necessary for evidence-based advocacy, and the steps you need to follow to report these analyses in line with your goals.

All trainings will be organized in Ankara. Accommodation and travel expenses of participants coming from outside Ankara will be covered by STGM.
Within 10 days following the deadline, the application evaluation process will be completed and you will receive a response about your application. Let us remind you that if your application is accepted, a "letter of support" will be requested from the management structure of the organization you represent, stating that they support your participation in the entire program on behalf of your organization.
