STIGM Has Published Two Guidelines for Association Audits

The Directorate General for Relations with Civil Society has published two guides entitled "Sample Audit Report" and "Guidance on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in the Context of Legislation for Associations". These guides contain the issues to be considered by the staff assigned to the audit of associations under Article 19 of the Law on Associations No. 5253, entitled "Obligation to make declarations and audit" and also guides prepared on various topics for associations have been published on the website www.siviltoplum.gov.tr under the title "Legislation".
