Coinciding with the World Civil Society Organisations Day, this programme will bring together Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Van TSO), Civil Society Development Centre (STGM), EU Information Centres and TOBB Van Young Entrepreneurs Board. At the event, participants will have the opportunity to both assess the current state of civil society and learn about project opportunities.
STGM Chairman Levent Korkut will discuss the state of civil society from a legal and historical perspective under the title ‘Civil Society in Turkey in the EU Process: Freedom of Association and Right to Participate’. STGM Project Coordinator Murat Özçelebi will share detailed information on open calls, grant announcements and application processes with his presentation titled ‘Project Opportunities for Civil Society in the EU Process’. The event will conclude with an evaluation section where participants will be able to ask questions and contribute.
