Association of Women in Science and Technology - SistersLab, STEMWOMEN: Empowering Women Affected by Disasters in STEM Fields through Mentoring and Training" project, who have been affected by the February 6 earthquakes, have a degree in STEM (science, technology, math, engineering) subjects and are not currently working or in education (NEET). It will provide women aged 25-35 with comprehensive training and mentoring support.
As part of the program, participants will receive 9 hours of one-on-one mentoring support. Participants will also receive 91 hours of training in 4 different modules, including personal development, business and career development, technology and digital skills, and gender equality awareness, designed to prepare them for business life.
