For the 'Women in Tech Academy' project, SistersLab welcomes applications from people who have worked in the software industry for at least 3 years and have previous mentoring experience.
What is the Women in Tech Academy Mentoring Program?
The Women in Tech Academy project, which will prepare 50 women for business life by training them for 3 months, was entitled to receive support from the Community Volunteers Foundation. Within the scope of the project, a mentoring program was prepared for the participants in their transition to business life, where they can receive mentorship from experts in their fields.
When Will the Mentoring Program Begin?
It will start in the 2nd month of the academy. (14 June – 4 August) Mentoring Scope Mentors will support the participants in the process of settling and adapting to the job on the technical side. Mentees will prepare their own CVs and work on their CVs one-on-one with the mentors in the mentoring meetings. Mentoring Program will be; online, for 2 months, 1 time per week, for 1 – 1.5 hours, on one-to-one.
Who Can Apply for Mentor?
Graduating from the software department or having worked in this field, Having at least 3 years of work experience, Having constructive and effective communication skills, Being open to sharing knowledge/experiences.
