11 civil society organizations from different thematic fields were participated the training. These organizations are conducting activities on child rights, gender, disabled rights, ecology etc.
The first day of the training, project coordinator Hakan Ataman lectured on right to participation and Bahadır Yeşilırmak, the president of YASADER, lectured on participation on decision making processes. The second day, İkbal Polat and Ceren Yartan presented different angels of local participation.
The third day training focus on sociocracy with Besim Can Zırh. After that three important participation experienced was presented by; Aslı Alpar, Güneş Engin And Fatih Fethi Aksoy. Aslı Alpar presented how the organized during Life Watch “Yaşam Nöbetleri”. Güneş Engin presented how they cooperate with CSOs during law preparation process. Fatih Fethi Aksoy presented their neighborhood organization. The last day, there was a workshop on freedom of information. In the workshop CSOs submit application to CİMER.
