The first session entitled “Expulsion and Administrative Detention in Turkey in the Light of Court Decisions” will take place on Wednesday 24 July between 14:00 - 16:00. You can use the link here to register for the session, where we will cover topics such as the lack of indication of the country to which the person is to be deported, persons whose decision to reject an application for international protection has become final, the principle of non-refoulement / persons who cannot be deported, the obligation of the administration to carry out an ex officio investigation, illegal entry or exit, unaccompanied children, temporary protection and deportation, and alternative obligations to administrative detention.
The second session titled “International Protection in Turkey in the Light of Court Decisions” 31 will take place on Wednesday, July between 14:00-15:00. You can use the link here to register for the session where we will discuss topics such as interviews, the assessment process of applications for international protection, inadmissible applications, general assessment/accelerated assessment and the withdrawal of applications for international protection.

Anyone interested can participate in the seminars where the above topics will be discussed based on various recent national and international court and UN committee decisions.
