STGM is committed to providing a work environment free of sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, and sexual harassment in all of its on-site services and activities.
The "Policy on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment", established for this purpose, sets out the rules and obligations to be followed by employees, as well as the necessary prevention, support, investigation and enforcement mechanisms. This document is binding on employees, members, volunteers, partners, suppliers and all third parties with whom STGM works.
