The program, which aims to develop dialog and cooperation between civil society organizations working in the field of culture and arts throughout Turkey and local governments, will run for three years. The project will provide 1.3 million euros in grants for projects carried out jointly by culture- and arts-oriented civil society organizations and local governments.
Civil society organizations from across Turkey working in the field of culture and arts, together with at least one municipal partner, can apply for the calls, which will open in April 2023 and the first half of 2024.
In the open calls, which will focus on three different themes;
- Cultural and arts projects from a variety of disciplines,
- Projects that transform and functionalize a cultural space with the expertise of CSOs,
- Practices that promote inclusive cultural planning and cultural management will be supported.
The grant program will also support culture- and arts-oriented projects designed for the earthquake region or the people affected by the earthquake.
