The initiative, which protested the exclusionary attitudes and policies faced by women in the field of photography and art in 2018, published its first statement aiming to transform the current situation, with the signatures of 200 female photographers and visual artists.
The initiative, which has been carrying out a participatory process with various workshops and meetings since 2018, will open the Vatoz Platform to users on 8 March.
The platform is dedicated to women and LGBTI+ photographers, photo-based visual artists, photography-related makes an open call to academics, art writers, editors, and cultural and art managers and aims to produce tools that will make the dynamics of solidarity visible in the field of photography.

Photographers (documentary, nature, news, street, travel, advertising...), video and lens-based visual artists, academics, academics, culture and art managers, art writers and editors who are related to photography can apply to join Vatoz Platform. They can apply with 1 portrait photo, maximum 200 words of biography, contact, web and e-mail information, minimum 4 and maximum 10 portfolio images for photographers and visual artists (in accordance with Vatoz Platform publication principles).
