As its mode of operation, STGM;
● seeks to take fast decisions, through horizontal organization as far as possible, but with well-equipped staff.
● creates a smooth working mechanism with internal accountability.
● is capable of conducting performance evaluation.
● makes its projects, evaluated by independent bodies, publicly open and visible together with comprehensible justifications for decisions taken.
● capitalizes on the expertise and experience of its members, and, apart from general assembly meetings, holds consultative meetings at least once in every six months.
● resorts to fair and trustworthy conciliation mechanisms in regards to possible conflicts within the organization.
● implements periodic strategies and action plans through its Executive Board under the supervision of the General Assembly.
