In his writing in 16 December 2010, Mustafa Sütlaş emphasized that Positive Life Association (PYD) published third “Violation of Right Report”; however, media did not interested in with the topic as it requires. The report also includes violation of rights of media.
Sütlaş claims in the article that “HIV Positive Look” did not applied in practice yet, contrary to the decisions in December 1st World AIDS Day.
The third report includes certain examples that applications of Positive Life Association that both mainstream and local visual and written media in the HIV/AIDS-related news on “discrimination and rights violations” and that news presented in the media which victimize people.

Ø Report includes 85 violations of right and victims. 72 of them are directly declared and 13 of them are mentioned from media. The most era that HIV-positive people is discriminated is the health institution. 28 of people are faced by violation of right.
Ø HIV-positive people are objected to threat and harassment, exclusion, and violated of right with the statistic of 20 of the people while “exclusion by social environment and family” is 16 of them. The victims of media on the issue of violation on privacy era are 13 of them, and finally discrimination on public institutions is in the statistic of 8 people.
