Purposes and the Way of Work
The aim of the consortium is to increase the quality and stability of projects developed to serve street children and prevent next generations of children from being forced to live and work on the streets.
Consortium members provide funds, operational partnerships, training, technical and campaign support to projects for children living or working on the streets, or children at high risk of living on the street. The mission of the consortium is to improve the lives of street children around the world in the areas of prevention and early intervention, HIV / AIDS, violence, street children focused education and child participation.
Membership Criteria
The Consortium consists of 209 member organizations (as of April 2022). CSC includes small-scale NGOs, including large international NGOs, multilateral agencies, academics, companies and individuals, as well as affiliated groups of street children across the country. Applications for network membership are expected, in whole or in part, from organizations working with street children.
