Minus 25 Association was established in Eskişehir in April 2015 to ensure that every individual up to the age of 25 lives, develops, participates, and is protected from neglect, abuse, and all kinds of violence, taking into account the best interests of each individual.

Job description
- To continue the communication studies carried out with the volunteers, organizations, beneficiaries, stakeholders, institutions, and organizations within the scope of the project.
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports on the activities in the desired format, writing the reports in Turkish and English, and presenting them to the general coordinator and the board of directors.
- To follow up the weekly and monthly monitoring reports from the project team.
- To follow, implement and report the objectives and budget of the project
- Carrying out the supplier selection and contract processes that are under the responsibility of the project.
- To support the operation of the institution.
Expected Experience & Personal Traits
- Bachelor's degree (master or doctor preferred)
- Good command of the English language (Speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
- Preferably have CSO experience
- At least 3 years of experience, of which at least 1 year is a project management
- No travel restrictions
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Zoom, Skype, etc. mastering online communication tools
- Flexible working and remote working
- Sensitive to the rights of children and youth
- Compatible with teamwork
