Mavi Kalem Association is looking for a Social Worker.

Job Description:

• Answering the phones of the people who will call the Mavi Kalem Consultancy Line via the exchange
• To direct people to public and civil society organization services following their demands
• Recording and reporting referrals in related systems
• Making the verification, follow-up, and reporting of routing calls made by the general consultancy unit
• To provide Turkish-Arabic translation support for the activities implemented in the project

Required Qualifications:

• Woman,
• Fluent in Arabic (conversational level)
• Having at least 1-year working experience in a similar position in CSOs,
• Proficient in office programs and digital communication programs (zoom, Skype, etc.),
• High written and verbal communication skills, compatible with teamwork,
• Able to establish relations with people from different cultures impartially and without discrimination,
• Being able to produce solutions and be productive in times of crisis and stressful situations,
• Having a sense of collaborative work and being non-competitive,
• Having developed time management-planning skills, using working hours  efficiently,
• Having a perspective of protection and empowerment on gender equality and vulnerable groups,
