Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Job Description:
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data collected as part of the Association's activities, creating workflows and policies regarding these processes, and analyzing the impact of the studies. The person will;
- Monitor project studies and grants awarded to projects, evaluate and report on impact, and create monitoring tools for system development,
- Organize, validate, analyze and visualize the data collected,
- Create templates to facilitate monitoring and evaluation workflow (data entry, recording, data cleaning, analysis, reporting, visualization),
- Be expected to participate in field surveys conducted at regular intervals and conduct field monitoring and evaluation.
Required Qualifications:
- Female (25+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, sociology, or psychology
- Intermediate or advanced English language skills (must be able to read and correspond in English)
- MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel and effective use of Excel,
- Ability to effectively use and analyze at least one of SPSS, PSPP, Matlab, or R (be able to analyze using at least one of the programs and read and report analysis results)
- Working experience in monitoring and evaluation with CSOs is mandatory. (Experience in evaluating the impact of studies based on data collection is sought)
- Adherence to current methods of monitoring, evaluation and feedback,
- Able to design application guides for monitoring, evaluation, and feedback and deliver training on them,
- Be a team player and able to express herself easily and positively both verbally and in writing,
Financial Affairs Reporting Officer
Type of work: Full time

Education: Bachelor/Master
Job Description:
- Monitor project funds, monthly and annual reporting, preparation and filing of expense vouchers,
- Control, track and file all service and personnel documents (payroll, timesheets, advance openings and closings, payment requests, invoices, etc.) generated by the project
- Maintain project expenditure spreadsheets and verify monthly that they match accounting records, perform bank reconciliations,
- Budget tracking: Perform financial monitoring of projects and assist with budget preparation and revisions to determine if project is proceeding in accordance with budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Female (25+ years)
- Degree from related college departments (Faculty of Business and Administration, Accounting, Finance)
- At least 3 years of financial reporting knowledge (Luca accounting program preferred),
- Experience in accounting and/or finance,
- Competent in human resources and payroll processes,
- Ability to analyze, interpret and report,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, use of positive language
- Ability to follow up, finalize and take responsibility,
- Financial reporting experience in civil society organizations is mandatory.
- MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel and effective use of Excel,
- Good command of the English language (speaking, writing, reading)
