For the position of General Consultant;

• Work location: Istanbul - Fatih/Esenyurt and remotely
• Duration: Project period (7 months)
• Educational background: Bachelor/Master

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic,
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position,
• Good command of office programs (Excel, World, etc.) and digital communication programs (Zoom, Skype),
• Experience in reporting,
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• Have experience working in a civil society organization,
• Responsive to humanitarian needs.

Job Description

• Answering the calls of the people who call the Mavi Kalem Consultancy Line through the switchboard,
• Referring people to public institutions, civil society organizations and in-house services according to their needs,
• Recording and reporting referrals in related systems,
• Following up the referral calls and making and reporting the verification calls.

For the position of social worker;

• Work location: Istanbul / Esenyurt
• Duration: Project period (5 months)
• Educational background: Bachelor/Master

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of gender-based violence, its impact and prevention,
• A perspective of protecting and strengthening gender equality and vulnerable groups,
• The ability to communicate comfortably and easily orally and in writing,
• Good knowledge of office programs and digital communication programs (Zoom, Skype),
• Knowledge of legal regulations and legislation related to refugees and asylum seekers,
• At least one year of work experience in a similar position,
• Preferably fluent in Arabic

Job Description

• Prepare, implement and report informational content on the prevention of gender-based violence.
• Maintaining relations with public institutions, local governments and other civil society organizations cooperated within the scope of the project
