Association for Combating Sexual Violence is looking for a Human Resources Specialist teammate.
TASK DESCRIPTION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In line with the strategies of the association; Coordinating the work on the establishment of the organizational structure, ensuring the number, formation, and development of human resources, and executing personnel transactions in accordance with the legal legislation,
- In order to establish and expand the strategic human resources management, it is necessary to direct and follow the employees in line with the corporate culture, strategy, targets, and legal requirements.
- To enforce the rules determined by the procedures on personnel discipline, to convey the workplace rules to the employees and to make them adopt these rules, to arrange the working hours of the personnel, and to ensure control,
- Updating and enforcing personnel regulations and employment contracts in terms of all relevant laws,
- Updating job descriptions, agi form and contact information once a year and adding them to personnel files,
- Coordinating the processes of preparing, publishing, and ensuring the coordination of interviews during the selection and placement process, organization of orientation/job orientation training,
- Trial periods, coordination of monthly and annual evaluations,
- Training and Development; Wage System Management; Communication and Motivation; To support the Financial Affairs Coordinator in the creation, development, and implementation of the necessary tools, content, standards, and procedures for the Organizational Development and Career Management sub-functions; Conducting and organizing the association strategy camp (summer camp) and horizontal organization and organizational structure development camp (winter camp), team wellbeing organizations together with the coordination teams,
- Establishing effective performance management, establishing the necessary systems for target-based management, conducting qualification, training/development analyzes of the employees, keeping this information, which will be input to career planning studies, in a detailed and up-to-date database, conducting training/development practices,
- Conducting job evaluation, market wage research studies, reflecting the results to the wage study, establishing the wage system,
- From the execution of personnel affairs, from the execution of relations with the contracted company in order to complete the Payroll and SGK works in accordance with the legal regulations; making entry and exit procedures; tracking of personnel leaves (annual, weekend work vs. leave, etc.),
- Salary, seniority, notice, etc. of the personnel. Calculation of receivables and making project cost distributions,
- Employer costs and preparation of the annual personnel budget,
- Following the incentives covering the SSI Monthly Premium and Service Certificate,
- Submitting the monthly workforce schedules to İŞKUR,
- Taking the necessary measures on occupational health and safety issues related to the employees and raising the awareness of the employees by forming committees on this issue,
- Obtaining the express consent and approval of all data in accordance with the personal data protection law, determining the relevant persons, raising the awareness of the employees,
- Working in harmony and coordination with an administrative affairs specialist,
- He is responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned to him by the department manager and supporting the projects of the association.
Primary Qualifications Required in Candidates:
- Willing to work full time
- Graduated from related undergraduate or graduate departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar field
- Intermediate level of English
- Able to use MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail and Google Drive applications very well,
- Having previously worked in non-governmental organizations and experienced in working within the NGO,
- Having knowledge of human resources and sections in the legislation of associations
- Preferably with experience in the field of budget, salary, and severance payment calculation,
- Able to make effective presentations
- Having the ability to understand group dynamics in working with vulnerable groups,
- Able to adapt to the principles of the association and corporate culture,
- prone to teamwork,
- Having experience in horizontally organized institutions,
- Able to adapt to remote disciplined work,
- residing in Istanbul
