Leyli Art Association is Looking for a Volunteer Event Coordinator

Leyli Art Association, which creates space and opportunity for individuals to convey their feelings and thoughts through culture/art and carries out freedom of expression rights-based activities, is looking for a volunteer event coordinator for the 8th event series "Books and Their Reflections on Cinema".

Responsibilities expected from the coordinator:

• Coordinating the event organization and communication process with the host venue,
• Preparation of event announcement texts and supporting the completion of the poster design with the visual design team,
• Preparation and follow-up of the necessary forms to collect applications from participants,
• Correspondence with participants and facilitators of the meetings,
• Preparing the event report after the meeting and sharing it with the content team.

Expectations from volunteer candidates:

• Live in Istanbul,
• Being interested in culture/art, especially literature and cinema,
• Volunteer motivation,
• Experience in coordinated work and planning skills,
• To be able to devote 1 day a month to physical activity
